The Cost Estimation Department has a crucial role in preparing well documented offers for our Beneficiaries and it consists of highly experienced specialists that are fully aware of their strategic role within the organization. Preparing estimates for COS projects is a key part of our organization, while strategic asset planning is one of the core processes of total cost management. 

Our team is our superpower, thus allow us to introduce the members of our Cost Estimation Department: 

Paul Ciotic, Head of Cost Estimation and Control

As the Head of Cost Estimation and Control, Paul`s journey within COS spans over 13 years, during which he has been dedicated to ensuring the meticulous management of costs in our projects.

Outside of the professional realm, he is a passionate traveler with an unwavering desire to explore new destinations and immerse himself in diverse cultures. His wanderlust has taken him to numerous destinations, allowing him to appreciate the beauty and diversity.

In addition to his passion for travel and culinary adventures, he has a strong interest in tech solutions and digitalization. He firmly believes in the power of technology to enhance efficiency and drive innovation.

His multifaceted interests and extensive experience in cost estimation and control make him a well-rounded contributor to our organization’s success. 

George Diaconu, COS Estimation – Architectural Works

George is a seasoned construction engineer with over 14 years of diverse experience in various management roles, where he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in the field. Throughout his career, George has effectively overseen international projects, showcasing his capability on a global scale. Outside of his professional pursuits, George is a dedicated family man, blessed with two wonderful daughters who bring joy and purpose to his life.

George is also an avid enthusiast of extreme sports, including snowboarding, wakeboarding, and kitesurfing. These activities not only fuel his passion for adventure but also keep him grounded and focused.

With a robust background in construction engineering and a zest for life’s adventures, he is committed to achieving excellence in all that he does.

Cristian Mihut, COS Estimation – Electrical Works

With more than 14 years of experience in the field, Cristian specializes in accurately assessing project costs, ensuring that budgets are well-planned, and resources are efficiently allocated. Day by day, he is immersed in the world of project costs, ensuring every dollar is accounted for and wisely allocated.

But when the sun sets and the workday is done, you’ll often find him enjoying life to the fullest with his friends. Cristian is a firm believer in the importance of balancing hard work with moments of joy and relaxation.

Vlad Tiganescu, COS Estimation – Electrical Works

With over 5 years of experience in COS Cost Estimation Department, Vlad is precisely setting project costs, using his exceptional negotiation abilities to ensure the budget of the project is equitable.

When he’s not working, Vlad is doing a great job as a dad, shaping his sons’ passions, and discovering new ways of enjoying childhood at every age.

Iulia Gruia, COS Estimation – Architectural Works

In the world of numbers and budgets, Iulia is the go-to person for ensuring that construction projects stay on track financially. But outside the world of spreadsheets and cost estimations, her heart belongs to two things: travel and shoes.

When she is not donning a hard hat and overseeing construction sites, you’ll find her with a backpack in one hand and a plane ticket in the other. Traveling is her ultimate joy – discovering new cultures, enjoying exotic cuisines, and making memories one destination at a time.
