Arch. Andrei Angelescu, A&D Department Manager

Arch. Andrei Angelescu is the A&D Department Manager at COS, bringing over 10 years of experience in architecture and urbanism. With a background in the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu” in Bucharest, Andrei specializes in organizing office spaces and aligning them with the organizational structure of client companies. 

From project initiation to execution and post-occupational evaluation, Andrei leads the team of architects and designers at COS.

Arch. Letitia Anastase, Interior Architect

Arch. Letitia Anastase is an Interior Architect at COS, with over 5 years of experience. She holds a degree from the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu” in Bucharest. 

Letitia coordinates and executes design projects. 

 

Arch. Daniela Baza-Verde, Interior Architect  

Arch. Daniela Baza-Verde is an Interior Architect at COS, bringing over 7 years of experience. She also holds a degree from the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu” in Bucharest. Daniela specializes in visualization and design within the A&D department at COS, coordinates and executes design projects. 

 

Arch. Andrada Ulmeanu, Interior Architect at COS. She is a graduate of the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu”, Bucharest. With over 7 years’ experience with COS, Andrada leads design projects throughout all stages from visualizations to coordination of technical design.

 

Arch. Patricia Gheorghe, Interior Architect is a graduate of the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu”, Bucharest. She is a Team Leader, with over 7 years’ experience with COS. Patricia leads design projects throughout all stages from visualizations to coordination of technical design.

 

Arch. Iulia Dascalu, Interior Architect, is a graduate of the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu”, Bucharest, with over 4 years’ experience. Iulia specializes in visualization and design within the A&D department at COS, coordinates and executes design projects. 

 

Arch. Marinela Nicolaev, Architect – Permitting Services at COS is a graduate of the University of Architecture and Urbanism “Ion Mincu”, Bucharest. With over 6 years’ experience with COS, she is Project Co-author – Authorities Liaison. 

 

Arch. Valentin Metes, Senior Architect in our Cluj team, holds a Bachelor and Master of Architecture Sustainability Studies from the Cluj Technical University. He holds 4 – year experience with COS.

Valentin leads design projects throughout all stages from visualizations to coordination of technical design.

 

Designer Madalina Movileanu, Designer, is a graduate of the University of Decorative Arts and Design “N. Grigorescu”, Bucharest. She has over 12 years’ experience with COS and is specializes in textures and graphics. Madalina leads design projects that focus on decorative principles.

 

Arch. Hids Samsudeen, Senior Architect in our Timisoara team is originally from the Southern coast of India and has more than two decades of professional experience in four different continents and on a wide variety of project types and scopes. He started his professional career in USA, followed by positions in the Middle East and Africa and he is part of COS team since 2021.

Hids leads design projects throughout all stages from visualizations to coordination of technical design.

 

Eng. Florin Sandoiu, M&E Designer, is a graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, Faculty of Building Services Engineering. He has over 12 years’ experience in COS MEP design team. 

 

Eng. George Popescu, M&E Designer, is a graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, Faculty of Building Services Engineering. He holds 10 years’ experience in COS MEP design team. 

 

Eng. Dona Ifrim, M&E Designer, holds a Master’s degree in Automation and Industrial Informatics at Polytechnical University of Bucharest after graduating Automation and Informatics applied in Construction at Construction University of Bucharest, with 7 years experience in COS MEP design team.
