The CIJ Awards are the longest-running commercial property awards event in the Romania that have evolved continuously over the past 14 years to keep pace with the continuous changes in local, regional and international property markets.

This year, COS won the award for Best Commercial Fit-out, with BRD City Offices project.

For us this recognition is very significant, being a confirmation of the COS Team’s great efforts and engagement. The pandemic has brought so many challenges to our industry, however, with the continued support and involvement of the COS team and of COS partners and suppliers, we have continued to successfully finalize large-scale projects, such as the one at BRD City Offices, for which COS was the General Contractor.

This BRD City Offices project, was In partnership with Globalworth, the Landlord of the building, with an total area of ​​9000 sqm, for the Best Fit-out, with the confidence shown in COS being the result of our expertise in handling challenging and complex projects.

In addition to the dedicated office areas and open space, the new BRD space benefits from a relaxation area, kitchens, open space, coffee corners, print areas and a beautifully unique illuminator in the ceiling of the 5th floor that includes the Dome and the Amphitheater with a capacity of 100 seats.

COS has received the award for Best Fit-out 4 times before, in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020 for projects such as Amazon Iași and Bucharest, Microsoft (in Globalworth Plaza), Stables Cluj,  this year’s award for BRD City Offices being the fifth.

During 24 years of activity, COS has delivered professional services and adequate products to more than 2,000 companies that needed to create or transform their workspaces. Among the most representative offices made by COS are the offices of KPMG, Accenture, NTT Ltd., BRD, Microsoft, Porsche Engineering Cluj, Google, Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, Secom, Takeaway Bucharest, MHP Cluj, Sector Labs Cluj and Mass Mutual Cluj in Record Park Cluj, Cognizant Cluj in Hexagon Park Cluj.
