In-tech is a determined, diligent engineering company, whose work is oriented towards a great goal: developing innovative solutions based on the user’s needs, to make everyday life and mobility better, smarter, safer and more sustainable.
Entering the space, you will experience a sober and contemporary atmosphere, shaped by using soft grey tones and crude materials. Everything is blessed by the abundance of natural light that not only soothes the rawness of the exposed concrete, but also emphasizes every single texture and fabric catching your eye. Moreover, every workstation benefit from unobstructed views, which allows employees to take advantage of the spectacular city center landscape.
Orange plays an important part in this design: first, it pulls in the company’s branding color in small yet impactful doses. Second, on a metaphorical level, it injects the space with a splash of energy, symbolizing the company’s effort to develop ingenious projects for sustainable mobility.
The cafeteria is extended near the entryway. Having two seating options (high tables and bar stools, sofa benches and normal height tables), allows to reconfigure the space into a flexible multifunctional area that can be used not only for eating, but also as a work-cafe, impromptu discussions zone, waiting area, gatherings area and, why not, informal meetings area.
The flooring design could be perceived as a reflection of the concrete walls texture. Combining neutrals with bright whites and just a dash of color makes for a sophisticated, elevated feel. More than that, it adds dynamism to the space, being composed of three contrasting tones separated vigorously.
Overall, In-tech’s new workplace is defined by balance and thoroughness, and it also echoes the company’s field of work.
