Screen & Camera Connectivity
A. Wireless Connection:
1.Smart View Screen Mirroring (Windows users only)
Step 1 Wi-Fi Network – Choose the network from your Wi-Fi List:
- Network: GuestMasia
- Password: Inspire!12
Step 2 TV – Switch on the TV – Click “Source” – Select “Screen Mirroring”;
Step 3 Laptop – Select simultaneously “Windows” Key + “P” Key – Click “Connect to a wireless display” – Select the device name displayed on the TV – Click “Connect”;
Step 4 Camera – Plug the USB cable to your device (no software installation required).
NOTE: This option is not available for Apple users.
2. Smart View+
(Same procedure for Windows and Apple users)
This option is recommended for multiple presenters in the room.
Step 1 Wi-Fi Network – Choose the network from your Wi-Fi List:
- Network: GuestMasia
- Password: Inspire!12
Step 2 TV – Switch on the TV – Click “Source” – Select “SmartView+”;
Step 3 Laptop – Open a browser and insert the IP displayed on the TV screen;
– Click “Advanced” – Click “Proceed to…”;
– Insert Name – Click “Connect”;
– Choose what you want to share e.g., entire screen or windows (you can choose to share your device audio – click on the check box);
– Switch back to TV screen and select your name from the list – Select “Display Now”;
Step 4 Camera – Plug the USB cable to your device (no software installation required).
NOTE: This option is recommended for multiple presenters in the room. Each presenter must follow the same procedure. If you want to change the presenter, using the TV remote, simple choose the name of the presenter from the list.
B. Cable Connection:
1.HDMI Connection
Step 1 Wi-Fi Network – Choose the network from your Wi-Fi List:
- Network: GuestMasia
- Password: Inspire!12
Step 2 TV – Switch on the TV – Click “Source” – Select “HDMI”;
Step 3 Camera – Plug the USB cable to your device (no software installation required).
