A major coordinating element of the design process is the visual identity Takeaway.com. The global Interior Design concept was created by the Vega and M!rato Architectural Offices from Amsterdam. The Takeaway.com Bucharest Offices design was inspired by the HQ in Amsterdam, following the same pattern. The implementation of Romania's local version was signed by Architect Costin Beekman from Cumulus Architecture, respecting the brand's representative colours that are found at the level of details, furniture and strong colour accents at the finish level of the floor, imprinting a dynamic character to the atmosphere.
The office area is treated distinctly with a carpet in neutral shades, animated by suspended panels with sound-absorbing effect, made from natural plants. This attractive "green" trait prints an aesthetic quality of the natural world and is found in the treatment of areas of walls along the corridor and in the conference room.
In the corridor shaft and in the coffee shop area the installations are left apparent and painted in black colour, highlighting the linear luminaires in a vibrant colour of orange, which also serves as a support for plants. The warm atmosphere of the layout is complemented by the use of wood in the niche intended for the kitchenette, and in the dining area.
The glass partitions separating the conference rooms and the locker room area are treated with a pattern that adds to the intimacy and vibrant character of the space.
The strong green-black-orange contrast manages to capitalize on the Takeaway.com brand logo and define an effervescent and friendly workspace.
