As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and effectively executing the administrative activities that facilitate the efficient and successful completion of multiple fit-out construction projects.

Responsabilities

• Responsible for managing the fit-out construction projects, focusing on Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost;
• Directly manage the contractors selected for the project;
• Meets with various stakeholders to discuss the scope of the project; budgets; performance and
  close-out;
• Project cash-flow oversight: progress billing, documents collection support and monitoring;
• Develop, drive, and enforce a progressive safety program with the goal of zero incidents;
• Establish a professional relationship and communicates with field support staff and customers
  and their representatives;
• Travel to customer job sites is required;
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers;

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related fields;
• Solid knowledge related to Fit-out construction practices:
  • Project management;
  • Construction Project Controls;
  • Construction Contracts;
• Experience and knowledge in using Project Management Tools;
• Skilled at identifying project risks and proactively mitigating potentially negative outcomes;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills are a must;
• Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight
  timelines;
• Have an open attitude to exploring new ideas and willingness to continuously learn;
• A passion for architecture and project management
