  • Develop, implement, and measure the annual marketing communications calendar, content, and storyline through all communication channels and materials for establishing coherent internal and external messaging and brand equity.
  • Develop and maintain the digital content and reputation management for ensuring maximum sales support and traction.
  • Develop promotional activities using events, fairs, online campaigns, print media, and other communications ways for promoting COS products and services.
  • Manage day-to-day PR, communications, media engagement, and influencer programs.
  • Proactively identify, establish, and maintain positive relationships with press, media, influencers, and endorsees across key industries.
  • Develop clear, concise, and differentiated written materials (emails, releases, pitches, presentations, articles, social media content, podcasts) for internal and external audiences.
  • Provide media counsel to senior management, partner with company spokespeople to anticipate questions, and prepare responses for speaking engagements, interviews, and articles.
  • Measure and report result in terms of return on investment (ROI) and return on objectives (ROO) concerning key company goals of brand awareness.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budgets.
  • Be a proactive and empowered member of the Marketing team in a critical, high-visibility role.
  • Conducts marketing surveys on current and new project concepts.
  • Prepares marketing activity reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related field 
  • Relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to “manage by influence.”
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the real estate market and competitive landscape.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial; enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives. 
  • Experience working with website content management systems, email marketing software, design platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and project/budget management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, etc., as well as website design and ability to write web content.
  • Exceptional command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to “manage by influence”.
